After working in several local restaurants like Maize, Sarge Oaks and Bon Appettito, Wesley came to Indiana and the Lafayette Country Club in 2003. He started off as the Executive Sous Chef and quickly became an integral part of the team. With some transitions in the club and a restructuring of the kitchen, Wesley became the Executive Chef and has held that position ever since. Over the years with an ever changing and challenging dining scene in Lafayette, Wesley has continually produced excellent menus focusing on fresh ingredients, quality, taste and presentation. Special events and wine dinners are a favorite of Chef Wesley; it gives him the opportunity to step outside of his day to day activities and really stretch his culinary knowledge into something new and creative. Suzann started with the Club in 1986 as the Banquet Secretary and over the years she has served in many different roles including Yearbook, Membership Relations, Event Specialist, Board of Directors Administrative Assistant and even Interim Club Manager.
